Tom made my house buying experience extremely smooth.

He always showed up on time, never rescheduled, viewer 20+ houses with us. Tom went above and beyond in all aspects. Being a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions,some were probably outside the scope of Tom's job as a realtor, but every time he got me an answer or pointed me to a resource that could. I had a lot of anxiety going into this process and I can truly say,if it wasn't for Tom, I would have given up and continued to rent. He learned about what styles of houses we were searching for and which neighborhood's would fit best for our price range. He was always on top of sending us houses that we could view and would schedule viewings day of. He was also great at balancing working with multiple buyers are one time. When it came to putting in an offer for a house, he was always super speedy and was available if we had any questions about the documentation. At the time of closing, he provided us with a ton of information for various insurances, was available to answer any questions, and made everything smooth.
